I did not realize at the time that these bras we're of Asian origin. The cardboard padding doesn't stay where it should, nor is it comfortable. Fits perfect and very comfortable. It’s a total ripoff and scam.So I got through to customer service. I’m very disappointed.Has no support at all. They have carefully worded shipping & refund policies. Thought it was coming from a place in the USA. $7 to get the bra and $10 to return it. Well, it turned out to be a big mistake. Don't waste your money.I really do like the support the bra provides. I bought the most comfortable bras instead of Giant Tiger - cost two for $18. So disappointed.I received my bras today and tried to try them on and could hardly get it over my head. You have to pay to ship it back. The charge on your card is different from the site and the name being advertised. I don't need pads. This 2x would never fit a 44c ever. Hate it with a passion!Wish I had seen these reviews. I really appreciate it. I already had my card out and ready to purchase. Now, to be honest I like them. I went online trying to even find out where this company is located to file a BBB complaint, but have yet to find them. False advertising, I ordered on 7/15/2020 received 8/7/2020. They answered the call every time and refunded my money when I was not pleased with there product. I wear a size 44c, so I ordered the cara mia size 2x as indicated on their size chart. Total waste of money. Instead, the crisscrossing straps on the front of each bra will provide the lift and support that underwire normally provides, without digging into the skin in the way that underwire typically can. This bra gave me NO support and I popped out of the top even though I purchased the recommended size.
All I can say is what a disappointment! Unable to reach a rep no matter how long you hold. Not now. Complete waste of money.I just received my caraMia bras today. The models in the infomercials must be wearing more than just these "bras" or there is no way they'd look as supported. I called ALL their phone numbers. I can't find any way to send my Caramia bras back. I also love the fact that it gives full coverage. After reading the reviews I have decided to save my money. Bras are cheaply made. No response to email and phone calls are unanswered after 15 minutes of wait time. Said I did NOT need a return auth, even thos the website clearly says you must. False advertising for sure.
