Taking place in a small music shop that transforms into a bedroom, studio, and more, this show’s set is intimate and homey. There really isn’t enough story or music for two acts.

Their music brings them together and the Girl begins to help the Guy realize his dream. Let's say you're watching a movie and you are loving it and at the end you cheer and tell yourself that "this was an awesome movie!" for a quick trip to Ireland and become part of a story that captures the love in our hearts. ""Enda Walsh, a playwright known for dark, twisted subject matter rather than emotive love stories, has adapted it for the stage by keeping faithful to the spirit of the original. But everything felt true--the dialogue, the way the two musicians relate, the way it captured the feeling you get when you see something you've created become real. Was this review helpful? There is a chemistry between them, but also a very sweet reluctance to go beyond the bounds of their relationship. At the end of the day we both really liked this movie, not too sentimental and the music which is written and performed by the two main characters is excellent. Once the Musical exploded onto the Broadway stage in 2012, winning 8 Tony Awards before it transferred across the pond to the West End a year later.

She misses playing her piano, but cannot afford to buy one for herself, so she has to make do with playing occasionally in a club or in a music shop with a nice, understanding manager.
