Episode 140. They should be because they poured their heart & soul in these characters & if it wasn’t for them, I am sure this drama would’ve never made this kind of impact. That was the moment she recalled everything that both she & Meer had shared. Maha was invited by Zaibi (Saim and Waleed's mother) to accomplish her plan to get Saim and Abru separated. I loved the fact that they just didn’t show that circumstances turned into Meer & Abru’s favor & without saying anything they were brought together.
Haya was his perfect daughter.I think the final episode was as close to imperfection as a last episode could be.therfore it was a little difficult to relate to this review.I’m glad someone else felt the same way. But a very good and happy ending. Episode 16. I so wish they had added those extra 4 minutes to show us Meer & Abru’s life after their marriage, some nice moments to make us feel warm & fuzzy, sigh! We never really get to see characters like these who are so strong-willed & just right, no matter what they do. This drama clearly showed that complex concepts can be intelligently interwoven into the plot using simplicity.
Abru lives along with her two younger sisters, Hayaa and Sana who are in university along with their father Ahmed, who teaches at the same university and was about to retire due to which Abru had to get a job at Muraad Industries. Abru & Meer’s teary eyes was just too much to handle. Abru did reject the proposal but then it did weigh her heart down, she couldn’t really get over Meer. However, Abru fell in love with Meer and when Zaibi came to know all this, she used the fact for her own selfish purpose and plotted a plan by creating a misunderstanding between Meer and Abru and got Saim married with him due to which, Meer developed hate for Saim and Abru. Abru knew it was too late & that was the first time she actually admitted that the news of Meer & Maha’s Nikkah made her lose hope.Meer was struggling, he knew what was happening was wrong but then he also knew that this was the only way to prove himself yet again that he never wished ill or didn’t want to snatch Abru by planning or plotting. I loveeeeeeed every bit of this drama & then the last episode & then the last scene!! After knowing this, Ghazanfar makes Waleed leave and calls Abru who was suffering from unemployment after her fathers retirement. It would be my all time favorite drama and both Meer and Abru the fav characters. Waleed then comes to know that his mother has been lying to him a lot of times. In the end, everyone thinks that Meer and Maha should get married together. They take her to the hospital and a baby boy is born. I wish all our dramas take lead from Meer Abru, like now that it has ended, I didn’t want it to end, this is how good this drama was. He makes wrong decisions on purpose and then emotionally black mails Meer to take the blame on himself. Eight years ago, review writing began as a hobby but has now turned into a passion.This was one of the best light-hearted dramas that I ever came across and yeah I definitely agree that it’s a real tear-jerker. We deserved to get to see more of Meer & Abru´s marriage life… SO disappointed.I got soooo disappointed when Meer did not get to know about the real thruth behind that necklase??? At that point I did feel may be Saira was suggesting this to rekindle Abru’s feelings for Meer but she wasn’t the one who planned this. Jamal had seen the way Meer cared for Abru but he didn’t once feel that may be Meer was in love with her. I’m soo sad that this drama has ended.
