When I tried to buy something to replace the pants, I couldn't get the 40% off I got yesterday. Their cotton tights were the only ones my incredibly texture fussy kid would wear without complaint. Received the order for our family. It’s shameful. I'd rather spend my money at a business that actually cares about keeping their customers happy. The dresses, skirts, pj's, snow clothing and hats looked almost un worn, long after they had many uses and a gazillion washes. Still love the quality. Thanks to all of the customers who took the time to share your experiences with the unsuspecting public! NEVER ORDER FROM HANNA ANDERSON!!!! But something is very wrong with their shipping system!!! Called on December 11th, again told I would have it by Dec 13th even though the FedEx site said it hadn't even shipped yet. (((( Their customer service is very unresponsive. I wanted to send a gift card.
Placed an order on December 1. I will never buy from Hanna Andersson again. I loved the quality of this company's clothes when my kids were little, (though I couldn't afford more than a few outfits). Wrote email to HA on 12/13, when I saw that they had missed the promised delivery date. Horrible. The leggins held up better than any other retailer. I was unable to get a refund that was due for a returned gift! I used to love shopping at their online store but I am never buying from them again.
I have shopped Hanna Andersson for gifts for my two grand daughters several times, because my daughter in law likes their clothes. Hanna Andersson clothing may be outrageously priced but it NEVER wears out. Easy to order, fast delivery, excellent fabric quality, adorable styles and on sale to boot.

I bought 2 pair of pajamas on the 40% off sale on December 1, 2019. I was going to order some things for my grandson's 4th birthday, but after reading the reviews (which were 85% bad), I will not consider placing an order.
I contacted Customer Service to ask about getting a price adjustment and they told me they wouldn't do it. I ordered one size up to allow for shrinking. Over a week later the order was still not even shipped but was told it was “too late to cancel” the order. Rep blamed it on FedEx's lack of updated data this time of year. They also told me someone would get in touch with me on why they did not post my honest review and they never did. Called 10 days later because I had not received anything and no emails. My first order was missing half of the items, though I was billed the full amount. I ordered all 3 items at same time/same order.
The material is high quality and most importantly does not irritate the skin and is so soft and comfortable No one has a clue regarding company policy, processing returns and following through with credits. No one responds.
